供试蚕豆为“法兰西”和“埃及”两个栽培品种。选择大小均匀的干燥种子,在巴格达原子能中心以100—5000伦~(60)CoΥ射线照射(室温20℃,照射量率80伦/分)。处理后立即放在培养皿中湿润滤纸上,以后播在直径20厘米的盆钵内砂培。每一处理10个重复,每一重复10株。每盆播种8颗,出苗后保留1株。每处理选择株高一致的幼苗,随机区组排列。温室内控制温度25±0.5℃,光照14小时,强度22000勒克司。正常给植株添加LA营养液。定期分次收获。结果表明,1000伦照射,幼苗死亡率提高;5000伦照射时,“法兰西”蚕豆出苗一周后全部死亡,“埃
