我国实行营改增的税制改革,对促进我国税务的发展与进步带来重要的作用。在高校的财务管理中,实施这项改革措施既给财务管理带来积极的作用,同时又向高校的财务管理工作发出挑战。本文首先分析实施营改增的税制对高校的财务管理所带来的一些影响,然后针对这些影响提出一些应对挑战的方法,期待可以提高高校财务管理的水平。
The reform of the taxation system in our country with the reform of the camps has played an important role in promoting the development and progress of our taxation. In the financial management of colleges and universities, the implementation of this reform measure not only brings a positive effect on the financial management, but also challenges the financial management of colleges and universities. This paper first analyzes the impact of tax reform on the financial management of colleges and universities, and then puts forward some measures to deal with these impacts in response to the challenges. It is hoped that the financial management of colleges and universities can be improved.
