目的 观察高温隔离灌注化疗对下肢恶性肿瘤的灭活程度。方法 下肢恶性肿瘤病人在瘤段手术前 ,患肢进行体外循环 ,高温 ( 4 0℃～ 4 1 5℃ )灌注化疗药物卡铂、长春新碱等 ,2周后切除瘤段 ,组织学评估肿瘤坏死率。结果 瘤体中心区广泛坏死、边缘区机化反应带形成 ,周围微小病灶被灭活 ,平均肿瘤细胞坏死率达82 3 % ,其中 9例骨肉瘤达 93 %。结论 高温隔离灌注化疗对下肢恶性肿瘤保肢治疗效果显著。
Objective To observe the degree of inactivation of high-temperature isolated perfusion chemotherapy on malignant tumors of the lower extremities. Methods Patients with lower extremity malignant tumor underwent an extracorporeal circulation of the affected limbs before surgery and at high temperature (40 ℃ -415 ℃). The patients were treated with carboplatin, vincristine and so on. After 2 weeks, Necrosis rate. Results The tumor center was extensively necrotic. The marginal zone was formed with mechanochemical reaction zone. The surrounding lesion was inactivated. The average tumor cell necrosis rate was 82.3%, of which 9 cases had osteosarcoma of 93%. Conclusion High-temperature isolation and perfusion chemotherapy has a significant effect on limb salvage treatment of lower extremity malignant tumors.
