本文采用“指纹法”(高压电泳/层析)分离22种氨基酸。取得了较满意的结果,除亮氨酸和异亮氨酸外,其他20种氨基酸的分离均较清晰。各种氨基酸层析斑点的精确定位,是采用三种方法相结合,即与标准氨基酸 Rf 值对照;吲(口朶)醌显色;甲硫氨酸、酪氨酸、色氨酸、组氨酸和精氨酸等的特异显色。本文分离正常人血清游离氨基酸的结果,表明血清中含量较多的14—15种氨基酸可明显检出,且分离效果及灵敏度均较高。本法为筛选氨基酸病及定量测定生理及病理状态下体液中氨基酸含量的变化提供了一种有效手段。
This article uses “fingerprint” (high pressure electrophoresis / chromatography) to separate 22 amino acids. Satisfactory results have been obtained.
