世界进入二十世纪九十年代后,“全球化”一词几乎成了人们尤其是经济界人士的口头禅。电视、互联网每时每刻在传递着地球每一角落发生的事;国际金融资本通过各种方式在全世界流动,它给人们带来了繁荣,有时也带来灾难;全球贸易早已把各国的经济与生活联结在一起。总之,世界各地比以往任何时候,彼此都融合的更紧密了。 经济全球化,对改革开放的中国来说,是一次重大的机遇,但又是一把“双刃剑”。适者生存,是一条亘古不变的规律。在当今全球化的浪潮中,我们只有学会游泳,才能到达胜利的彼岸。
