星形胶质细胞升高基因1(astrocyte elevated gene 1,AEG-1)作为重要的癌基因之一,目前已被证实在多种肿瘤的发生发展过程中发挥关键性作用。近十年来研究表明AEG-1在神经母细胞瘤、黑素瘤、肝癌、乳腺癌、前列腺癌等几乎所有器官的恶性肿瘤中均有不同程度过表达,在肿瘤细胞增殖、促进血管生成、肿瘤转化、侵袭和转移以及化疗耐药等方面发挥多重调节作用,其机制涉及到PI3K/Akt、NF-κB等多个信号通路。本文主要综述近年来AEG-1在肿瘤发生发展过程中多重调节作用的相关研究进展,以及将其作为恶性肿瘤治疗新靶点的应用前景。
Astrocyte elevated gene 1 (AEG-1), one of the important oncogenes, has been proved to play a key role in the development of many tumors. In recent ten years, studies have shown that AEG-1 is overexpressed to varying degrees in malignant tumors of almost all organs such as neuroblastoma, melanoma, liver cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer and the like, and is highly expressed in tumor cells for proliferation, angiogenesis, Transformation, invasion and metastasis and chemoresistance and other aspects play a multiple regulatory role, the mechanism involves multiple PI3K / Akt, NF-κB signaling pathway. This review summarizes the research progress of AEG-1 in multiple tumorigenesis and development in recent years, and its application as a new target of malignant tumor therapy.
