通过分析使用于钢坯剪断机的真空滴油式注油器的工作原理，分析了引起润滑点无油的主要原因在于注油器的损坏和油路管道的堵塞，并根据这两种情况，利用霍尔效应的原理，设计并制造了可检测摩擦运动副处是否有油的滑润点无油检测系统。该系统还具有声光报警功能、控制功能和一些其它的辅助功能。采用该系统可避免机床零件的损坏，保证机床安全可靠地运行。
By analyzing the working principle of the vacuum oil drip oiler used in the billet shearing machine, the main reason that causes the oil-free lubrication point is the damage of the oiler and the blockage of the oil pipeline.
