AOD炉烘烤装置能够提高炉内衬温度,减少炉内衬对铁水的吸热,提高炉龄及降低燃料消耗。本文应用一种新型高效蓄热式烘烤系统对AOD炉进行烘烤。该烘烤装置可将空气和煤气预热到1 100℃,可使用低热值煤气,取得良好的烘烤效果。与传统烘烤器相比,可节约燃料,加快烘烤时间,在10 min内使炉衬温度由800℃提高到1 100℃。提高了炉衬寿命。降低NOx物和CO等有害气体的排放。
