睡眠质量会影响身心健康和学习成绩及各项能力的发挥,尤其是中学生。我们以都匀三中初中部不同年级的部分学生和家长为调查对象,采用自制问卷进行调查。调查结果显示:教师和家长都比较了解初中生的睡眠情况。同学们对睡眠感到不满意(满意率仅10.6%),表现在睡眠时间短、质量不高(失眠)。其原因主要包括两方面,其一为学生自身的原因,有作息时间但不严格执行、不午睡、抵御外界干扰能力低(如:熬夜玩电脑、环境吵闹则无法入睡等),其二为学习任务重。对此我们分别给出了意见和建议。
The quality of sleep affects both physical and mental health, academic performance, and abilities, especially for middle school students. We surveyed some students and parents in different grades of junior middle school in Duyun Three, using self-made questionnaires. Survey results show that: teachers and parents are more understanding of junior high school students sleep. Students are not satisfied with sleep (satisfaction rate of only 10.6%), manifested in short sleep time, low quality (insomnia). The reasons mainly include two aspects, one is the student’s own reasons, there is work and rest time but not strictly enforced, do not take a nap, resist outside interference ability is low (such as: staying up late to play computer, the environment noisy you can not sleep, etc.) Heavy task. We have given their opinions and suggestions respectively.
