以Zn金属片为源物,采用水热法合成了ZnO微晶纳米片,并用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、透射电镜、高分辨透射电镜和选区电子衍射花样表征了所制备的ZnO纳米结构。利用HITACHIFF—7000荧光光度计测试了不同条件下制备的微晶纳米片的室温光致发光性质,探讨了不同反应温度、时间及添加剂浓度对产物形貌的影响。
ZnO microcrystalline nanosheets were synthesized by hydrothermal method using Zn metal as a starting material. The prepared ZnO nanostructures were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and selected area electron diffraction. The room-temperature photoluminescence properties of microcrystalline nanosheets prepared under different conditions were tested by HITACHIFF-7000 fluorescence spectrophotometer, and the effects of different reaction temperature, time and additive concentration on the morphology of the product were investigated.
