为了探讨防止杂交水稻种子生活力下降,延长种子使用年限,提高种子利用率,充分发挥良种的增产作用.我公司于1984年5月将剩余的8万多斤杂优种子,使用空气质量调节器(以下简称空调)降温贮藏保持发芽率试验,获得了显著效果,减少了20多万元的经济损失.这批种子于1985年4月下旬按品种取样测定发芽率,除V20不育系发芽率(75.6%)较低外,其余四个材料的平均发芽率均在80%以上,相当部份样品还在90%以上,符合生产上用种的质量要求.现将试验结果整理如下:
