Dandelion is a kind of traditional plant with medicine and food homology. It has good function of anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory. The dandelion extract contains many compounds with antibacterial activity, and the plant endophyte can produce the same or similar metabolites as the host plant , Can open up new avenues for the development and utilization of antibacterial compounds. Endophytic fungi of dandelion were isolated from dandelion, and Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Salmonella enteritidis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida sporogenes. The antibacterial activity of the endophytic fungi fermentation products of Dandelion was screened. Among them, the strain PGY5 had good antibacterial activity and the minimum inhibitory activity against Staphylococcus aureus The concentration of MIC was 0.16 mg / m L and the minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) was 0.31 mg / m L. Bacillus subtilis, Salmonella enteritidis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans also had obvious bacteriostatic effect. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) were 0.31 mg / m L, the minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) The value is 0.63 mg / m L. By comparing ITS r-DNA sequence of strain PGY5, strain PGY5 is Aspergillus fumigatus with 100% similarity to Aspergillus fumigatus JQ356539. An active ingredient, luteolin, was found in the ethyl acetate layer of the endophytic fungus PGY5 by LC-MS / MS and is often found in dandelion leaves.
