本文利用体外细胞培养的方法,探讨了无烟煤对大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞(AM)脂质过氧化和抗氧化系统的影响。结果表明:不同浓度的煤尘作用于AM,培养24小时以后,AM培养上清液中脂质过氧化终产物丙二醛(MDA)的含量随着煤尘作用浓度的增加而增多,而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性却随之降低。提示:煤尘可以使AM脂质过氧化反应增强的同时,也可以降低SOD的活性,并有剂量──反应关系的趋势。这一研究将为进一步探讨煤工尘肺的发病机理提供线索,为抗氧化治疗矽肺提供科学依据。
In this study, the effects of anthracite on the lipid peroxidation and antioxidant system of rat alveolar macrophages (AM) were investigated by in vitro cell culture. The results showed that after different concentrations of coal dust were applied to AM, the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the supernatant of AM increased with the increase of the concentration of coal dust after cultured for 24 hours. Oxide dismutase (SOD) activity has decreased. Tip: Coal dust can make the AM lipid peroxidation enhanced, but also can reduce the activity of SOD, and dose ─ ─ the trend of the relationship between the reaction. This research will provide clues for further exploring the pathogenesis of coal worker’s pneumoconiosis and provide a scientific basis for anti-oxidation treatment of silicosis.
