研究了水溶性光度试剂N-癸基-N’-(对氨基苯磺酸钠)硫脲(DPT)与铜(Ⅱ)的显色反应条件。结果表明,在pH4.8~5.2的HAc-NaAc介质中,Cu(Ⅱ)与DPT形成稳定的摩尔比为1:3蓝色络合物;工作曲线的线性范围在5~30μg/25mL和30~65μg/25mL,相关系数分别为0.9991和0.9987,摩尔吸光系数分别为5.81×10~4和3.1×10~4.最大吸收波长为336.6nm。当有Fe~(3+)存在时,加NaF掩蔽。本方法操作简便,快速,选择性较好。用于铅矿中铜含量测定,所得结果及回收均满意。
The color reaction conditions of water-soluble photometric reagent N-decyl-N ’- (sodium p-aminobenzenesulfonate) thiourea (DPT) and copper (Ⅱ) were studied. The results showed that the stable molar ratio of Cu (Ⅱ) to DPT was 1: 3 blue complex in HAc-NaAc medium at pH4.8-5.2. The linear range of the working curve was between 5 ~ 30μg / 25mL And 30 ~ 65μg / 25mL respectively, the correlation coefficients were 0.9991 and 0.9987, respectively, and the molar absorptivities were 5.81 × 10 ~ 4 and 3.1 × 10 ~ 4, respectively.
