本文通过３７例经病理及手术证实的食管及食管下段贲门癌ＣＴ分析，试图探讨ＣＴ对食管壁外侵犯和区域或远处转移的诊断价值。结果认为ＣＴ在食管癌术前分期上有相当重要的意义。为Ｔ４及Ｍ１患者减少了不必要的手术痛苦和经济开支，并为确定放疗的照射野范围提供了一定依据。
This article through 37 cases of pathologically and surgically confirmed esophageal and esophageal lower cardiac cancer CT analysis, trying to explore the value of CT in the esophageal wall invasion and regional or distant metastasis. The results suggest that CT has important significance in the preoperative staging of esophageal cancer. Reduce unnecessary surgical pain and economic expenses for T4 and M1 patients, and provide a basis for determining the radiation field of radiotherapy.
