用武汉地区常见的15种真菌抗原对194例哮喘患者(病人组)作皮肤试验,并与50例健康人(对照组)对照。结果,病人组阳性率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);15种真菌抗原中,皮试阳性率最高的是黑根霉(50.2%),以下依次为交链霉(44.7%)、枝孢霉(42.2%)及镰刀霉(40.1%)、毛霉(37.6%)。同期对194例患者作流行病学调查,结果表明:生活、工作环境较恶劣者,真菌皮试阳性率、临床符合率高。提示:真菌过敏与患者的生活、工作等环境因素有密切关系。
A total of 194 asthmatic patients (patient group) were skin tested with 15 fungal antigens commonly found in Wuhan and compared with 50 healthy controls (control group). The results showed that the positive rate was significantly higher in the patient group than in the control group (P <0.01). Among the 15 fungal antigens, the highest positive rate was Rhizopus oryzae (50.2%), .7%), Cladosporium (42.2%) and Fusarium (40.1%), Mucor (37.6%). The same period 194 patients were epidemiological survey, the results showed that: living, working environment worse, fungal skin test positive rate, clinical coincidence rate. Tip: fungal allergy and the patient’s life, work and other environmental factors are closely related.
