工业厂房建筑中 ,牛腿柱上往往焊装大型屋面梁。柱顶与屋面梁之间多用预埋件连接。预埋件的大小一般与柱顶截面尺寸相同 ,见图１。这种柱顶预埋件上虽然设有出浆孔 ,但在埋设时仍存在柱头混凝土不易密实、埋设困难等问题 ,有些工地甚至采用先浇筑混凝土后向里砸设预埋件的作法?
