本文采用数据包络分析方法,引入方向距离函数的概念,考察我国制造业在环境约束条件下绿色全要素生产率的变化。研究结果表明,我国制造业全要素生产率逐年提高,其中技术变动的作用高于效率变动的作用。比较而言,机械设备制造业是又快又好发展较突出的行业,而加工业则是环境污染治理的主要对象。
In this paper, the concept of directional distance function is introduced by means of data envelopment analysis to investigate the change of green total factor productivity in China’s manufacturing industry under environmental constraints. The results show that the total factor productivity of manufacturing industry in our country increases year by year, of which the effect of technological change is higher than that of efficiency change. In comparison, the machinery and equipment manufacturing industry is fast and sound development of more prominent industries, and processing industry is the main target of environmental pollution control.
