企业工会和职工代表大会是职工行使企业民主权利的重要载体和方式。为进一步贯彻党中央习总书记讲话精神,在企业管理中发挥职工主人翁精神,企业工会需要从不同角度开展工作。要尽快适应新形势,迎接新挑战,真正落实以人为本工作原则,进一步开创企业工会工作新局面,从思想深处激发企业职工爱岗敬业主人翁精神,构建企业工会政治思想工作新体系,深入落实企业精细化管理措施,将企业职工主人翁精神建设落实到具体工作细节中,全面推进项目精细化管理模式,在赢得企业管理成效的基础上,实现企业工会工作的全面升级。
Trade unions and workers’ congresses are important carriers and means for workers to exercise their democratic rights.
