人口老龄化的“银色浪潮”在席卷发达国家之后,正迅速向发展中国家袭来。由于它关系经济社会的发展,也关系包括老年人在内的生活问题,使世界各国对老龄化问题十分重视,养老保障在整个社会保障中的地位也越来越重要。在我国,随着各项改革措施的推出,对养老保障制度的改革与完善的要求也越来越迫切。为了迎接人口老龄化的挑战,必须建立一个综合的社会保障体系。然而,我国的养老保险制度,虽然进行了一系列的改革,但是仍存在不少问题。在此,建议建立综合的养老保险制度。
The aging “Silver Tide” is rapidly catching on to developing countries after it has swept the developed countries. As it relates to the development of economy and society, it also affects the life issues including the elderly, so that all countries in the world attach great importance to the issue of aging and the role of pension in the entire social security is also becoming more and more important.
