由武钢热轧带钢厂和北京钢铁学院共同研制的部重点项目“热连轧精轧轧制压力数学模型”获得成功,已代替了由日本提供的旧模型。经过近半年的在线生产,共轧制出128万吨带钢,证明该模型的工作是稳定可靠的。由于在研制过程中较全面地考虑了钢种及其化学成份的影响,该模型在结构上和预报精度上,都高于日本模型,其带钢头部厚度命中率提高了6.3%。85年6月,在武汉由冶金部科技司主持通过了技术鉴定。会议认为此成果为国内首创,达到了国际先进水平。
The success of the key project of the Ministry of Railways, a joint project developed by WISCO’s hot strip mill and Beijing Institute of Iron and Steel, has replaced the old model provided by Japan. After nearly six months of online production, a total of 1.28 million tons of rolled strip was rolled out, proving that the work of this model is stable and reliable. Due to the more comprehensive consideration of the influence of the steel grade and its chemical composition in the development process, the model is superior in structure and forecast accuracy to the Japanese model with a 6.3% increase in the head thickness of the strip. June 85, in Wuhan by the Ministry of Science and Technology Division presided over the technical appraisal. The meeting considered this achievement as the first in China and reached the international advanced level.
