针对职工的思想实际和适应社会主义市场经济的新要求,当前需要在广大职工中树立和塑造以下几种观念: 第一、市场观。企业在生产经营上经受的风风雨雨,尝到甜酸苦辣,在很大程度上都是市场经济的结果。“水能载舟,亦能覆舟”。企业与市场的关系实质是船与水的关系。企业推船下海,走向市场,其结局可能是劈波斩浪,驶向彼岸;可能是后劲乏力,随波逐流;也可能是迷失航向,停滞不前;甚至可能是翻船落水,全军覆没。因此,市场是企业的生存之本,发展之本。树立市场观就是要克服人们在计划经济体制下养成的那种靠国家、靠计划、靠上级的思维定势,明白企业一头连着生产现场,另一头则紧连着市场,没有市场就没有企业的一切。从而使“生产跟着营销走,产品围着市场转”的观念深入人心。保证在激烈的竞争中赢得应有的一席之地。
