以“聆听前行的声音”为主题,上海市市东中学的寒假校本培训变了样。5位一线教师走上舞台,讲述个人经历,分享教学故事。在此之前,他们几乎从未参与过全校性的交流活动。底稿是自制的PPT,所讲的并非热门教育理念,没有刻意煽情,没有鸿篇巨制,更没有奖项头衔的荣誉加持,实打实的两小时效果却出奇的好。会上难觅手机低头族,会后教师自发围拢互相探讨,不忘给讲述者们一致好评。这场偶然诞生的新式寒假教师培训,背后的内涵与思考能否为百年老校再发
