目的:调查崇左农村壮族人群幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染状况,为Hp感染及其相关疾病的防治提供理论依据。方法:采用应用ELISA法对崇左市农村壮族人群聚居地常住居民进行血清Hp-Ig G、Hp-Ig M抗体检测,并以问卷方式调查疾病相关因素。结果:本调查中,男性总感染率为62.67%(282/450),女性总感染率为66.73%(367/550),比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同年龄阶段Hp总感染率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),年龄越高感染率就越高,最高为61~70岁年龄段;饮用井水者Hp感染率明显高于饮用自来水者(P<0.05),而吸烟和饮酒者Hp感染率与未吸烟和未饮酒者感染率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:崇左市农村壮族人群不同性别、是否吸烟和饮酒Hp感染率无明显差别,但Hp感染率与年龄及饮水情况有关。
Objective: To investigate the status of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection in Chongzuo rural Zhuang population and provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of Hp infection and its related diseases. Methods: Serum Hp-Ig G and Hp-Ig M antibodies were detected by ELISA in resident population of rural Zhuang in Chongzuo City, and disease-related factors were investigated by questionnaire. Results: In this survey, the total infection rate of men was 62.67% (282/450) and the total infection rate of women was 66.73% (367/550), with no significant difference (P> 0.05). The total infection rate of Hp in different age groups The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The higher the infection rate was, the highest was from 61 to 70 years old. The infection rate of Hp in well drinking water was significantly higher than that of drinking tap water (P <0.05) There was no significant difference in infection rate of Hp among smoking and drinking persons as compared with non-smoking and non-drinking persons (P> 0.05). Conclusion: There was no significant difference in Hp infection rate between smoking and drinking in Zhuangs of Chongzuo rural population, but the infection rate of Hp was related to age and drinking water.
