针对大坝安全评价问题,提出了一种基于博弈论和云模型耦合的安全评价模型。选取变形、渗流、环境因素为大坝安全评价指标体系,根据既定体系确定大坝安全评价指标标准,并在此基础上确定云模型的特征参数和各评价指标的综合权重,由云模型正向发生器给出评价指标在各评价等级下的隶属度,最后由各评价指标的综合权重矩阵和对应评价等级下的隶属度矩阵计算出大坝安全评价结果。最终通过某心墙堆石坝工程实例验证了该评价模型的可行性,为类似工程的安全评价提供了借鉴。
Aiming at the problem of dam safety evaluation, a safety evaluation model based on game theory and cloud model coupling is proposed. The deformation, seepage and environmental factors are chosen as the evaluation index system of dam safety. According to the established system, the dam safety evaluation index standard is determined. Based on this, the characteristic parameters of cloud model and the comprehensive weight of each evaluation index are determined. The generator gives the degree of membership of the evaluation index under each evaluation level. Finally, the safety assessment results of the dam are calculated from the comprehensive weight matrix of each evaluation index and the membership matrix of the corresponding evaluation level. Finally, the feasibility of the evaluation model is verified by an example of a core-wall rockfill dam project, which provides a reference for the safety evaluation of similar projects.
