一、刷过涂料的旧墙面层的基层处理凡是在涂料面层贴壁纸,不是起鼓,就是脱落。为了保证壁纸粘贴牢固,施工时应注意以下几点。1.凡是旧墙面涂料面层,必须先用喷壶洒水喷淋,使涂料层大半湿透,然后用刮刀轻轻刮净,余下部分用粗砂布擦磨干净。2.待墙面晾干后,先刷一遍清油或兑稀的清漆(刷油漆的作用是封闭、防潮和便于腻子抓牢),然后满刮腻子。刮腻子的遍数应视墙面平整情况而定,一般不少于两遍。因为腻子在凝固过程中会产生收缩,高低不平处收缩
