目的研究黄连等11种中药水溶液和醇溶液对多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌(Acinetobacter baumannii,Ab)的敏感程度,为中药用于治疗多重耐药Ab感染提供实验依据。方法分别采用K-B药敏纸片法和琼脂稀释法检测黄连等中药对65株鲍曼不动杆菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)值。结果黄连、木蝴蝶、马蹄金水提液和醇提液对Ab有明显的抑制作用,MIC为1g/ml、0.5g/ml、0.5g/ml、1g/ml、1g/ml、0.5g/ml。结论初步认定黄连和木蝴蝶、马蹄金水提液和醇提液对Ab有明显的抗菌作用。
Objective To study the sensitivity of 11 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine solution and alcohol solution of Coptis chinensis to multi-drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii (Ab), and to provide experimental basis for traditional Chinese medicine to treat multi-drug resistant Ab infection. Methods The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 65 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii was determined by K-B method and agar dilution method respectively. Results The inhibitory effect of Coptis chinensis Franch, Wood butterfly, Dichondra repens aqueous solution and alcohol extract on Ab were obvious. The MICs were 1 g / ml, 0.5 g / ml, 0.5 g / ml, 1 g / ml, . Conclusion The preliminary identification of Coptis chinensis and wood butterflies, Dichondra repens and alcohol extract of Ab have obvious antibacterial effect.
