2004年初,在北大《策划改变命运》系列讲座上, “WBSA”(国际商务 策划师联合会)中国总部主任周墙玉教授首次提出“商务策划是人生的‘第四 项修炼’”,强调商务策划是现代人继外语、计算机、驾驶之后的第四项基本 技能。这就是说,现代人除了掌握一门专业之外,还必须同时具有参与市场 竞争的四项基本技能,其中商务策划是最重要的“第四项修炼”。策划是每 个人都可能拥有的思维能力。现在,世界每时每刻都在创新,所以,策划已 是企业经营中经常性的工作而不是偶然性的工作了。 今年4月,国家劳动和社会保障部将“商务策期”列入职业化规范推广项 目,这表明“商务策划”职业在我国正式推广。
