输出镜的热畸变会严重降低高功率气体激光器的输出光束质量和运行效率。针对腔镜受热均匀性的问题,等价地数值研究了光场均匀性随着几何放大率和有效菲涅尔数两个参数的变化规律。研究结果显示,光场均匀性随着有效菲涅尔数呈现周期性变化,随着放大率绝对值的增加呈现准周期性的指数衰减。针对2kW功率输出,增益区间为1 000mm×200mm时,分析得出输出半宽为80mm或者85mm获得最佳光场均匀性。
The thermal distortion of the output mirror can severely reduce the output beam quality and operational efficiency of high power gas lasers. Aiming at the problem of the heating uniformity of the endoscope, the changing law of the uniformity of the light field with the geometric magnification and the effective Fresnel number is studied numerically. The results show that the uniformity of the light field changes periodically with the effective Fresnel number, and exhibits quasi-periodic exponential decay with the increase of the absolute value of the magnification. For 2kW power output, the gain range of 1 000mm × 200mm, the analysis of the output half-width of 80mm or 85mm to obtain the best uniformity of the light field.
