烟台三和高分子有限公司是韩国在牟平区的独资企业,有职工2400多人,生产规模和利税在牟平区外资企业中名列前茅。去年,开展扩大养老保险覆盖面工作,几经努力,把包括烟台三和高分子有限公司在内的9个外资企业纳进了范围。但三和公司只是给合同制身份的400名职工参保,把其余2000多名职工甩在一边。对扩面中这个问题的出现,如果不把三和公司的2000余名职工纳进来,其他外资企业要与其攀比,很可能加大今后扩面工作的难度。其次,三和公司职工人数多,纳不进来,全区的扩面计划就难以得到全面实施。更重要的是,劳动者的合法权益受到了侵犯。为此,区社会劳动保险事业处根据实际情况,调整了扩面工作思路,确定以三和公司为突破口,集中全力抓大户,确保打开扩面工作的局面。
