本文报道对长江中、下游3个湖泊、1条江汊里的团头鲂种群的形态差异和生化遗传差异的研究结果。判别函数分析表明,4种群在形态上有差异(P<0.001),因之可在计算机上鉴别鱼的来源,准确率达65.7%。框架形态分析能显著提高对种群的判别分析能力。团头鲂种群的平均多态位点比例为13.3—20.0%,平均杂合度为0.0549—0.0851,Nei遗传距离为0—0.0219。
This paper reports the results of the morphological and biochemical genetic differences in the population of Bream mound in 3 lakes and 1 river in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. Discriminant analysis showed that there were morphological differences among the four populations (P <0.001). Therefore, the origin of fish could be identified on the computer with an accuracy rate of 65.7%. Frame morphological analysis can significantly improve the ability of discriminant analysis of the population. The average percentage of polymorphic loci was 13.3-20.0%, the average heterozygosity was 0.0549-0.0851 and the Nei genetic distance was 0-0.0219.
