2011年1月-2013年1月,我们对收治的肾囊肿33例,采用腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术治疗[1],效果满意。现分析报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般情况33例中,男21例,女12例;年龄22~68岁,平均43岁。其中患侧不同程度腰痛6例,腰部酸胀不适3例,血尿1例,无明显临床症状由体检发现23例;囊肿位于左侧10例,右侧16例,双侧4例,多囊肾3例。囊肿体积4.2~8.0cm。处理位于肾上极囊
January 2011 - January 2013, we treated 33 cases of renal cysts, the use of laparoscopic descending renal cyst decompression therapy [1], with satisfactory results. The analysis report is as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General 33 cases, 21 males and 12 females; aged 22 to 68 years, mean 43 years old. There were 6 cases of low back pain in the affected side, 3 cases of soreness and discomfort in the waist, 1 case of hematuria and 23 cases of no obvious clinical symptoms detected by physical examination. The cysts were located on the left side in 10 cases, right side in 16 cases and bilateral ones in 4 cases. 3 cases. Cyst volume 4.2 ~ 8.0cm. Treatment is located in the renal capsule
