前言黄河干流龙门—潼关河段为宽浅游荡性河道,龙门断面之高瘦洪峰经过此段河道受到调蓄,过程线坦化,至潼关洪峰流量减小。三门峡水库建成后,由於淤积的影响,使洪峰削减程度加剧,三门峡水库大改建后,削减程度又有所降低。经分析,除水库淤积影响之外,削峰率尚与洪峰大小、洪峰胖瘦系数、揭河底等因素有关。本文根据实测资料,对以上诸因素作了初步分析,供三门峡以下干流各站设计洪水计算及三门峡站出库洪峰预报等项工作之参考。

After analysis, in addition to the impact of reservoir siltation, the peak cutting rate is still related to the peak size, fat peak fat coefficient, exposing the river bottom and other factors. Based on the measured data, this article made a preliminary analysis of the above factors for the calculation of the design flood of the stations below Sanmenxia and the flood peak forecast of Sanmenxia Station.
