目的:了解国产0.3％左旋氧氟沙星滴眼剂治疗急性细菌性结、角膜炎的临床疗效及毒副作用。方法:确诊病例分层随机加入实验组及对照组,对照药物为0.3％氧氟沙星滴眼剂,对比观察疗效及毒副作用并作统计学分析。结果:1999年4月至12月共观察132例,其中实验组67例(结膜炎-A组37例,角膜炎-C组30例),对照组65例(结膜炎-B组35例,角膜炎-D组30例)。各组细菌培养阳性率均为80％以上,两组的痊愈率及有效率无显著差异,但左旋氧氟沙星的最低抑菌浓度更低,角膜炎病例中试验组的平均治愈日数明显短于对照组。无明显毒副反应发生。结论:0.3％左旋氧氟沙星滴眼剂对细菌性角、结膜炎疗效好、疗效短,无明显副作用,有临床应用价值。眼科学报2000;16:146-148。
Objective: To understand the clinical efficacy and side effects of domestic 0.3% levofloxacin eye drops in the treatment of acute bacterial keratitis. Methods: The diagnosed cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control drug was 0.3% of ofloxacin eye drops. The curative effect and side effects were observed and compared statistically. Results: A total of 132 cases were observed from April to December in 1999, including 67 cases in experimental group (37 cases of conjunctivitis-A and 30 cases of keratitis-C) and 65 cases of control group (35 cases of conjunctivitis- Keratitis-D group of 30 cases). The positive rate of bacterial culture in each group was more than 80%, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the cure rate and the effective rate, but the lowest inhibitory concentration of levofloxacin was lower, and the mean cure time of the experimental group in keratitis cases was significantly shorter In the control group. No obvious side effects. Conclusion: 0.3% levofloxacin eye drops on bacterial horn, conjunctivitis good curative effect, short efficacy, no obvious side effects, clinical application value.
