目的探索射频微创技术治疗消化道疾病的疗效。方法采用LDRF-50型射频治疗仪,在内镜直视下对消化性溃疡出血。消化道息肉及晚期食管癌狭窄进行治疗。结果消化性溃疡出血达到即刻止血者33例,48h止血者2例,1例无效,总有效率97.22%。消化道息肉于术后10~30d内镜复查全部脱落,治愈率为100%。其中,一次性治愈者,上消化道185例(98.93%),大肠45例(95.94%)。随访上消化道息肉60例、大肠息肉31例6~12个月,仅发现1例大肠息肉复发。食管癌性狭窄射频治疗最少一次,最多6次,平均(1.79±1.21)次,除了3例治疗前后吞咽困难症状无明显变化外,72例均有不同程度改善,经统计学处理,吞咽困难由治疗前的平均(3.32±0.52)分下降为治疗后的(1.42±0.66)分,P<0.01;食管癌性狭窄组术后18例(24%)出现胸骨后轻微疼痛,未作任何镇痛处理而自行缓解。结论采用改进型LDRF-50型射频治疗仪治疗后消化道疾病,有效安全,操作简便,并发症少,是治疗消化道疾病的理想方法。
Objective To explore the effect of radiofrequency minimally invasive technique in the treatment of digestive diseases. Methods LDRF-50 RF therapeutic apparatus was used to hemorrhage of peptic ulcer under endoscopy. Gastrointestinal polyps and advanced esophageal stenosis for treatment. Results Peptic ulcer bleeding reached immediate hemostasis in 33 cases, 48h hemostasis in 2 cases, 1 case was ineffective, the total effective rate was 97.22%. Gastrointestinal polyps 10 ~ 30d postoperative endoscopic review of all off, the cure rate was 100%. Among them, one-time healers, upper gastrointestinal 185 cases (98.93%), 45 cases of large intestine (95.94%). Followed up 60 cases of upper gastrointestinal polyps, 31 cases of large intestine polyps 6 to 12 months, found only 1 case of colorectal polyps recurrence. Conclusion The improved LDRF-50 RF therapeutic apparatus for the treatment of post-digestive diseases is effective and safe, easy to operate and has few complications. It is an ideal method for the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases.
