祖国西南边陲,大山绵绵,沧水兮兮。在中缅边境的一个阿佤山寨里,有一位深受阿佤人民爱戴和敬慕的老民兵。他,就是被授予“英雄民兵”称号的云南省澜沧拉祜族自治县雪林乡自波村的鲍戛。他曾在1960年4月光荣出席全国首届民兵代表大会,受到毛泽东、周恩来、朱德等老一辈无产阶级革命家的亲切会见,周恩来总理亲自授予他一支五六式半自动步枪。此后,他又多次被省、地、县分别评为“民兵联防积极分子”。
The southwestern border of the motherland, mountains, Cangshui Xi. In an Awa village on the border between China and Myanmar, there is an old militia loved and admired by the Awa people. He is Baohuan, a member of the village of Xuelin, in Lancang Lahu Autonomous County of Yunnan Province, who was awarded the title of “Hero Militia.” He had gloriously attended the first national militia congress in April 1960 and was cordially met by proletarian revolutionaries of the older generation such as Mao Zedong, Zhou Enlai and Zhu De. Premier Zhou Enlai personally awarded him a five-six semi-automatic rifle. Since then, he was again on many occasions by the provincial, prefectural and county levels as “militias and defense activists.”
