我厂切削试验室在1958年8月利用废夹具座架制成一台热轧齿轮试验机床,其机架就是利用夹具的座架,长约2公尺;导轧就利用夹具上的雨根φ60圆柱,长约900公厘。轧辊架子是用钢板钢块等焊成的,轧辊架上镗有两个孔(孔距是280公厘),套在两根圆柱上滑动。兹将机床结构及试验情况分别说明如下。一、机床结构见图1,电动机通过三角皮带轮带动蜗杆及蜗轮,蜗轮与齿轴1固定在同一轴上。这轴通过十字活接与轧辊轴相接,轧辊轴装在固定座内。齿轮1与齿轮2及3咬合,齿轮2的轴的另一端通过十字活接与毛坯(工件)主轴相接,主轴装
