财政政策是缓解中小企业资源瓶颈、促进中小企业转型升级的重要保障。本文以江苏蠡园经济开发区为个案,探讨当前财政政策的成效与不足,从政策内容调整及实施优化两个层面提出可行的建议,有利于推进区域内中小企业的创新发展。
Fiscal policy is an important guarantee for alleviating the resource bottleneck of SMEs and promoting the transformation and upgrading of SMEs. This paper takes Jiangsu Xinyuan Economic Development Zone as a case study to discuss the effectiveness and deficiency of the current fiscal policy. It puts forward feasible suggestions from two aspects of policy content adjustment and implementation optimization, which is conducive to promoting the innovation and development of SMEs in the region.
