改革开放以来,社会转型加剧,我国的经济发展和城市的建设发生了很大的变化,在这个过程中,我国的农民工发挥了不可替代的作用,用劳动付出和辛勤汗水来建造繁华的都市景象。然而从实际身份看,他们不属于城市,想迫切的融入城市,但又很难解决立在面前的制度、社会的门槛,所以新生代农民工就这样怀揣融城的梦想,“漂”在城乡边缘,陷入城市的“显歧视”和“隐歧视”泥潭。本文从公共管理理论和社会公平理论视角出发,研究制约农民工融入城市的障碍性因素,通过理论与实践相结合的原理,探索解决路径,为实现改善民生、根本解决三农问题、构建和谐社会提出几点建议。
Since the reform and opening up, the social transformation has intensified. Our country’s economic development and urban construction have undergone tremendous changes.
