内涵式出版集团是在发展过程中通过自我裂变、自我扩张的方式组建而成的。我国的内涵式出版集团结合我国国情,借鉴国际出版集团的运作方式,在集团化建设上进行了有益的探索;但还存在管理机制落后、集团内部发展不均衡、创新能力不足等问题。未来我国内涵式出版集团可能数量增多、规模增大,还有可能进入资本市场,并向数字化、全媒体转型。
Content Publishing Group is formed in the process of development through self-fission, self-expansion approach. According to the actual situation of our country, our country’s connotative publishing group has made useful explorations on the construction of the group by referring to the mode of operation of the international publishing group. However, there are some problems such as backward management mechanism, unbalanced development within the group and insufficient innovation capacity. In the future, the number of connotation publishing groups in our country may increase, increase in scale, and it is possible to enter the capital market and transform into digital and all media.
