2000年11月22日,河南省周口市中级人民法院刑事审判庭公开宣判:原沈丘县人民法院执行庭副庭长周文广因犯伪造公文罪、非法拘禁罪、挪用公款罪,被数罪并罚,判处有期徒刑15年。 被告席上的周文广年仅36岁,法学硕士研究生。有资料显示:他是建国以来河南省法院系统犯罪的法官中学历最高者。为此,最高人民法院院长肖扬对此案做出重要批示:应抓住典型,剖析典型,教育广大法官廉洁审判、公正执法。
