目的:探讨强化临床医学检验科重要环节的质量监督管控措施,提高临床检验结果的准确度。方法:比较浙江省缙云县中医医院检验科实施强化检验结果质量监督管控方案前后的各120例检验结果,对照组采用检验科常规检验结果质量管理措施,观察组在对照组的基础上,加强检验结果分类及质量的管理,以及检验人员的专业知识技能的培训,合理科学化医师所开检验单与所检验项目的核对工作。结果:检验科经过不同重要检验环节的质量监督管控,观察组检验人员的专业知识及操作技能掌握情况显著比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组检验结果的准确率显著优于对照组(P<0.05);并且在调查患者对检验人员服务满意度方面,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通过强化临床医学检验科重要环节的质量监督管控措施,很大程度提高检验结果的准确性,为患者的生命健康增添保障,提高患者对检验人员检验服务及医护人员医疗服务的满意度及依从性。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the quality supervision and control measures to strengthen the important links of Clinical Medicine Laboratory and improve the accuracy of clinical test results. Methods: The test results of 120 cases before and after the quality supervision and control of intensive test results were compared in the Department of Clinical Laboratory of Jinyun County Chinese Medicine Hospital in Zhejiang Province. The quality control measures of routine test results were used in the control group. On the basis of the control group, Results classification and quality management, as well as the inspection staff training of professional knowledge and skills, reasonable and scientific physicians to open a single test and inspection of the project check. Results: The quality of supervision and control of the inspection department was significantly different from that of the control group (P <0.05). The accuracy of the test results of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group P <0.05). In the survey of patients’ service satisfaction to the inspectors, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: By strengthening the quality supervision and control measures in important clinical medicine departments, the accuracy of the test results can be greatly improved, the life and health of patients can be supplemented, the patients’ satisfaction with the testing services and medical services of the medical staff can be improved, and Compliance.
