目的:动态观察天然脑活素延缓人胚肺二倍体成纤维细胞(MRC-5)复制性衰老的作用及其机制。方法:镜下观察细胞形态变化,绘制细胞生长曲线,并于给药后12、244、8、729、6小时以MTT法动态检测细胞增殖活度。结果:天然脑活素孵育的MRC-5细胞老龄化不明显,细胞增殖能力较空白老龄对照组明显增加(P<0.05)。结论:天然脑活素可明显促进细胞增殖,有效延缓细胞的复制性衰老。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of natural cerebrolysin on delayed replicative senescence of human embryonic lung diploid fibroblasts (MRC-5) and its mechanism. Methods: The cell morphological changes were observed under microscope and the cell growth curve was drawn. The cell proliferation activity was detected by MTT assay at 12, 244, 8, 729, and 6 hours after administration. RESULTS: The aging of MRC-5 cells incubated with natural cerebrolysin was not obvious, and the cell proliferation ability was significantly higher than that of blank control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Natural cerebrolysin can significantly promote cell proliferation and effectively delay the replicative senescence of cells.
