1.病例介绍 患者,男性,42岁,非依赖性糖尿病史13年,一直用降糖灵、格列齐特片、消渴丸等药物控制,血糖浓度保持在7.2—8.9mmol/L范围,患者左足外侧背部划伤三天,来我院医治时,伤口已化脓深达筋膜,面积约2×3cm~2左右。经清创因伤口处疼痛敏感,坏死组织未能彻底清除。给予局部换药,每日一次,全身抗感染治疗,10天后,效果不佳。伤口仍有大量坏死组织。因糖尿病患者伤口不易愈合及局部血液循环较其它组织差
