当前,法律事务专业目标岗位群和现实就业、毕业生就业就业愿望均不符合,对人才培养方案提出新的要求。从法律人才就业的趋势看改革的关键是抓住“获取司法资格这个核心”。高专法律学校有必要准确掌握法律事务专业毕业生的就业情况和用人单位的需求情况,改革现有的人才培养目标,在课程设置上,充分考虑本科学历的获取和司法考试的需要;在师资配备方面,全面满足双师型要求;在实践实训方面,应提高针对性,设立合适的实训基地,及时进行案例更新,使学生能够经常性的处于模拟的诉讼业务流程中,使教和学的过程实践化。
