兰州石化公司工会通过多年对工会经费预算管理工作的探索与实践,逐步形成了一套具有企业工会特色的预算管理新机制。现就公司工会如何做好工会经费全面预算管理谈几点体会:一、建立适合本单位实际的工会经费预算管理体系是做好工作的基础兰州石化公司工会结合本企业实际,实行三级(公司、厂级、车间级)工会经费预算管理,为充分发挥工会经费服务职工的作用,公司工会始终坚持经费多向基层倾斜,主要用于基层工会的工作和活动上。
