一、已推行的改革为转机建制打下了基础 根据国务院(1991)71号文件,1992年12月长航集团正式成立,并成为全国56家试点企业集团之一。作为目前全国最大的内河航运集团,拥有职工8万人,年运输能力货运量8000万吨,客运量3500万人,工业造船能力30万综合吨。三年来,长航集团按照国家和上级的部署,结合企业实际,推行了一系列改革。

The reforms that have been implemented have laid the foundations for the establishment of a transition According to document No. 71 of the State Council (1991), in December 1992, CSA was formally established and became one of the 56 pilot enterprise groups in the country. As the largest inland waterway shipping group in the country, the company owns 80,000 workers and staff members, with annual transportation capacity of 80 million tons, passenger traffic of 35 million and industrial shipbuilding capacity of 300,000 tons. In the past three years, CSA has implemented a series of reforms in accordance with the deployment of the state and its superiors and the actual conditions of the enterprises.
