传统正交异性钢桥面板疲劳问题突出,为提高其疲劳性能,对传统桥面板的细节设计进行改进,提出新型镦边U肋钢桥面板结构;通过建立基于BP神经网络的多目标优化模型进行该新型疲劳细节的优化设计,最终确定合理的构造细节。研究表明:所提出的新型镦边U肋正交异性钢桥面板,显著降低了顶板与U肋间焊缝的局部应力集中程度,该细节处疲劳性能得到明显改善,从细节优化角度为改善正交异性钢桥面板此处疲劳细节的疲劳性能提供了较好的解决方案,是具有良好发展前景的构造细节。
The fatigue of traditional orthotropic steel bridge deck is prominent. In order to improve its fatigue performance, the detail design of traditional bridge deck is improved, and a new type of U-steel bridge deck structure with upsetting edge is proposed. By establishing a multi-objective optimization model based on BP neural network The optimal design of the new fatigue details, and ultimately determine the reasonable structural details. The results show that the proposed new upset U-rib orthotropic steel bridge deck significantly reduces the local stress concentration in the welded joints between roof and U-rib, and the fatigue performance at this detail is improved obviously. From the view of detail optimization, The fatigue properties of the fatigue-resistant details of the anisotropic steel bridge deck provide a better solution and are the structural details with good development prospects.
