本文采用自身交叉对照和双盲法，对利多卡因预防和减轻静滴ＧＩＫ引起的疼痛进行了初步研究，发现先静脉推注小剂量利多卡因（１％３ｍｌ）对静滴ＧＩＫ引起的疼痛有预防和止痛作用，而等渗盐水（３ｍｌ）却无此作用，两者疼痛指数有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００５）。
