Objective To investigate the effect of hyperhomocysteinemia on ischemic cerebrovascular disease in middle-aged and young patients. Methods In this study, 45 patients with transient ischemic attack and 45 patients with cerebral infarction who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2012 to March 2016 were enrolled. Fifty volunteers in our hospital were selected as control group in the same period, Plasma homocysteine levels were compared among the three groups and correlation analysis was performed. Results The levels of homocysteine in the three groups were significantly different (F = 30.152, P <0.05). The levels of homocysteine in the transient ischemic attack group were lower than those in the cerebral infarction group (t = 8.153, P <0.05) ) Was higher than that in the control group (t = 6.294, P <0.05). The incidence of hyperhomocysteinemia in cerebral infarction group (86.67%) was significantly higher than that in transient ischemic attack group (68.89% The incidence of cerebral ischemia group was higher than that of the control group (12%). There was no significant difference in the incidence of hypertension, hyperglycemia and hyperlipemia between the transient ischemic attack group and the cerebral infarction group (P> 0.05) P <0.05); high homocysteinemia, hyperglycemia, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and other indicators into the Logistic regression model, hyperhomocysteinemia and ischemic cerebrovascular disease are related (P <0.05). Conclusion Plasma hyperhomocysteinemia is a risk factor for middle-aged and young patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease, which is correlated with ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Patients with hyperhomocysteinemia should be alert to ischemic brain The occurrence of vascular disease.
